I went there to get my oil changed today and got treated very disrespectful. I asked for Valvoline to be used in both of my vehicles. The first vehicle they didn't use Valvoline in it. When I pointed this out to them, thay were rude and than it supposedly only took them 10 minutes to drain the wrong oil out and put in the right oil and a different filter. On the second vehicle they took over an hour to do an oil change and was going to charge me for 7 quarts of oil when they didn't use seven quarts. When I asked about the seventh quart of oil John H. Lichty got very snippity and unprofessional. The other person that was rude with the first oil change was Jay Hancock. I don't think that either guy was very nice at all. They need to learn respect for their customers and to learn manners
