Rude customer service

I have submitted 4 wks ago a second packet hoping this time my loan will be modified to a fixed loan. Everytime I call they say it is pending and will take 4-8 at first now they are saying 4-10 wks! I do call every week, to find out the status. This week I called 3 days, the reason being I am desperate for an answer, my property is about to be forclosed on! The customer service rep, told me quote "it will take 4-10 wks for your packet to be finalized, an investor has your packet at this time. You need to stop calling so often as this will delay our decision on your packet" I said what? Delay? I said what law prohibits me from calling? Besides it is your job to provide me the info. I am requesting. She hung up the phone on me. I immediately calle and spoke to her Supervisor (Cindy Petrey), and she was evern more rude, implying I should not be calling so often. Etc... I requested the full name of the rep who hung up the phone on me and this person Cindy Petrey totally refused to give me the rep's name. HOW ABOUT THAT? I am frustrated and very dissapointed of their service, in fact I feel discriminated. I strongly belive I have ALL THE RIGHT on earth to call regarding my loan, if I want to call everyday so what? They are getting paid to perform a job, well do it!
