Of Alliance Taken advatage of Hadicapped!

My boyfriend and I bought a Mini Van From Courtsey KIA in Alliance in Aug, 08 and never made it out of Alliance with the van before the Transmission went out of it! I am in a wheelchair and i have a 2 year old so I told the sales man that needed something that was going to get us around without leaving us stranded so he said he had just what we needed and showed us a Dodge Mini Van.

We bought it with all the money we had and a little from my mom and she even asked if it was a trustworthy mini van and again he said there was nothing wrong with it. Well we didn't get out of there till closing time so we then were on are way home and got from were there car lot is on State st. To where the new Jr high is on 183 and the transmission went out of it. We had to call for a tow truck to get the van back to our house 20 minutes away.

I am in a wheelchair and i could not get into the tow truck so me and my baby had to wait in the dark for my mom and dad to come pick us up! I called Courtesy KIA the next day and they said they would call me back to see what they could do, Well they never called back and I called several times with no help so my dad pulled the van back to there lot and asked them to help us fix it, (when we pulled in there were a few sales men outside and they were laughing saying they had just sold that one to us!) the guy we talked to was very rude and said he would only have it fixed if we were pying for it. (At the same time wanting us to run our credit to get us something else off there lot!)

I used all the money we had to buy this van, there was nothing left to fix it. We said we were not taking the van back home and the salesmen said if we didn't the would have it inpounded, so once again we called the tow truck! As we were sitting there waiting for the tow truck the salesmen that we had talked to got crappy with my dad and said you get what you pay for we payed $1,200 for it and to someone on a fixed income that is alot. We knew we were not getting a new van but I thought we would beable to drive it for a little while before we had to put money into it.

The van sat for over a moth then a family member helped fix it temporally and in all this time there could not come up with a Title we had to have two 30 day tags for it and the second one was only a few days away from being up when we finely got it. We had to go there to get it and it was very clod when we got it some guy follwed my boyfriend in to get it and then back out. The mini van is nothing but junk it only ran for less a month and a half before it totley quite running! We were not asking for much from this company only for them to fix the van they had just sold us! Or to just give us our money back so we could go get something that we could actually drive! But they did nothing at all for us!!
