I get a different answer everytime i call them, and cant get a straight answer about my modification

Im at a loss, every time i call litton im told something different about my modification, you can never speak to the same person. I was told 2 weeks ago that it would be in the mail overnite. Then when i didnt get it i called back and was told that it was put on hold waiting for the federal plan to come.

I lost half my income got 4 months behind and was trying to make a payment today and another on the 18th and they told me no cant do it. To go online and fill out stuff online and fax crap that they allready have! So i go online to there web page and go throught all the crap and then the site denies me!

I have been going round and round with litton since october 08. Just trying to get a loan modification. I had a loan counslor with ncrc and she had to close the file due to they only gave her 3 months to get it done in.

My home is now in the foreclouser stage and going up for sale in april! Is there anyone out there that can truly help??? Running out of time!!!
