They contact you claiming that they can get your credit card companies to lower your interest rate, and if they can't guanrantee you a minimum of 5,000 dollars in savings you will receive your money back.
In reallity they are impersonating you to your creditors, your interest doesn't get lowered. Everytime you call, they take your number down and no one ever calls back, you get the run around over and over while they are charging up your credit cards with fees. I wished I had seen the consumer report before they ran up my credit cards. Buyer Beware if it sounds to good to be true, it ususlly is. Then you are left to repair the damage they left behind.
