I bought the pc game "Murder in the Abbey, " and although my computer met the requirements, the game WOULD NOT PLAY. I took it back to the store and exchanged it for another, with the same (non) results.By this time, the store's 30-day return policy had expired, so I took my complaint directly to The Adventure Company. There was no response AT ALL, so I sent another email, then another. No one at The Adventure Company has ever tried to rectify the situation, or even acknowledged my messages. This is a terrible company, and a terrible product.
