Well it is a bad feeling to be victim of a scam like this, even all I went to was just second interview and I was very excited about this very promising management position. After discussing the position with my family, it all seamed too good to be truth, so my brother gave me this website and I found over 200 reports on this exact same scam, and the 10 I read were identical to my experience.
I found the add on craigslist, called and they setup the appointment next day. The appointment went grate, and I got the second appointment. On the appointment there were around 20 people and we all got to go to training (we were all under the expression that in 12 weeks we will have our own branch). The regional managers name was Jeremy Smith and he talked all the time really fast. The questions he insisted to be left for the end and than there was no time because he had plain to catch. Than I went home happy with training starting in four days, paycheck in eleven days, when I found these reports. The 30.000 salary, your oven branch after 12 weeks of training, big bonuses every 4 months were all just a way to get people to sell cheap perfumes for some time before realizing its a scam was what I learned from the reports.
I don't know if its the same person doing this scam with different name, but interviews people had were exactly 100% same to my. Even little things about this guy's personality. I haven't found any reports in Portland, OR, so I think he just came to town and I hope people red this on time. How can somebody do something like this, especially at times like this. No morals. I wonder how can he sleep.
I will look into BBB, and I hope somebody stops this guy.
