NEVER used this co. And cannot get my $ back!

My bank account was always current, and when I saw this charge of $31.85 - I called my bank and the deposit services gave me this #: 1-866-955-0870!

I called, and it was a non-speaking English gal that was very hard to understand. She gave me a cancellation # of 2998298 and told me to go to www.idtheftrefund.com. Well, that page comes up as not valid.!!!

I called the above # again, and received a "so-sorry" that's the only way you can get a refund!!! Now I have an over-draft fee of over $30 - and I cannot afford that.

I don't know what to do or where they even got my information from!!!

Can anyone help me. PLEASE!
