I applied for a payday loan online which i never got. But intsead i realised that a transaction amounting to $31.85 was charged to my account without my consent by the so called theft protection service
(idtheftservice), i called them to demand my money back of which they only gave a cancellation number and a website to go to, (idtheftrefund.com). So far all this has turned out to be a scam and i don't understand why these people are freely preying on unsuspecting consumers, especially in this struggling economy, it's not fair, can someone please put these criminals in jail.
