I went into the branch and had them do my taxes costing me over 500.00 dollars, witch is fine, but at that time i was given the option of a 24 to 48 hour return for 50.00 more, or go with the 7 to 15 day return for no extra charge. Thinking no big deal i will wait, the problem i have is that now im on my 16th day and the bank not only hasnt deposit it, but they dont have it. Now if i new after paying that much money for my returns to be done by you then that i would be still waiting now well over 2 weeks for it i would have eather not had them done by you, or i might have went with the 24/48 hour return. Now i do not mind paying someone that amount to help me with my taxes if i feel that they are being honest with me, in this case i dont feel that way! I should have been told of any possible delay's when i had you do the taxes. I could have understood if something didnt clear through the irs but we had 0 problems? When i called h&r to find out if maybe it was mailed to them instead of direct deposit they said that it showed that the irs had cleared it for deposit on march 3rd... That would make it 3 weeks, not 7-15 days! And at the time i was talking to her i was asked why did it cost me so much to have them done, and how the women on the phone would have done it different so it wouldnt have not cost me that much to file my taxes. I dont know about you, but after just finding out that the deposit was going to be one week later then agreed, to be told i could have been able to save even more money if filed different really dont make me very happy at all! Would it you? Your h&r block office is very close to my home so i do like going to it, but after this has happened i feel that h&r block should make it right in order for me to come back next year! I truely feel that the way to make it right in my eye's is to refund some of the fee's, of coarse not all, but some for the mistakes that have been made by h&r block!
