St. Louis Kenworth is a "BIG-RIP-OFF"!!! Over $117,000.00 worth. As we also had stated with the Missouri Attorney General's office.
St. Louis Kenworth does not take care of there customers or have the know-how on how to fix there product problems. And from what we have seen, dont care.
My wife and I had ordered a new Kenworth W-900 from this sorry out-fit and have been screwed ever since. This "LEMON-TRUCK" should have never left the factory, and St. Louis Kenworth wont replace it as they should.
All the letters and phone calls to both St. Louis Kenworth and to Kenworth Manufacturing have done nothing for us. Kenworth Mfg. Had never even retuned any of our calls or replyed to our letters.
