The Awful Truth of the Epilepsy Foundation

Subject: Your emails regarding Buck vs Bell: According to the head of our Legal and Government Relations team, Buck v Bell was effectively overturned many years ago and that subsequent case law giving women the right to choose replaces this position on mandatory sterilization by the state. The last state laws that allowed mandatory or forced sterilization of people with epilepsy or other conditions were repealed in the 1980s, and federal courts have also said around that time that no federal funds could be used to perform involuntary sterilizations. No mandatory sterilizations have occurred for many years. The Epilepsy Foundation's legal advocacy committee was a part of the effort to overturn these laws. The Epilepsy Foundation is of course an independent charitable organization, not related to the federal government in any manner.
Sincerely,

Senior Director, Media and Public Relations

Tell your Governmental Leader to let me know which states have the authority to overturn a Supreme Court Decision. Buck vs Bell has never been overturned. Buck vs Bell is the law of the land, cited as case law on a routine basis, an evil criminal conspiracy of silence, as the head of your legal affairs dept. Well knows. Of course they don't sterilize people anymore, that would be too obvious. They don't burn people at the stake anymore either, now they taser them, lot of progress there, huh, but I am still a legal imbecile, 'incompetent" to make decisions regarding my life and my liberty, and a "danger to society." A person who had a seizure is no more dangerous than a person who had a heart attack is, ever. Read the 1948 United Nations Declaration of Human Rights, and then tell me why you don't spend all day long every day demanding that people who had a seizure be brought under the umbrella of protection of it. If you wanted to end discrimination, you would quit asking for the right to be handcuffed and start demanding our natural right to equal treatment in public accommodations, like it says in the Civil Rights Act of 1875. How much longer does the Epilepsy Foundation think that people who had a seizure should be excluded from the Civil Rights Act of 1875? The Epilepsy Foundation is of course not an independent charitable organization, it is a branch office of the Surgeon General. Tell your legal affairs head that a lot of dead people who had a seizure could explain to him the difference between "effectively " overturned and overturned, but they're dead because of you, and don't talk to me as if I am some sort of an imbecile, ok? How much longer does the Epilepsy Foundation think that the evil Buck vs Bell should be the law of the land? Would another thousand years be long enough for you, Governmental Leader?

The Epilepsy Foundation and its leaders are guilty of conspiring to commit hate crimes and conspiracy to deny human rights to a group of people based on some particularity, which is, by definition, a crime against humanity. Tell you what, Epilepsy Foundation, give my number to the next ten thousand victims the Surgeon General sends you, and the next thing you know, ten thousand Marchers will descend on the Florida Capitol in a massive Human Rights demonstration, and Buck vs Bell will take its rightful place in the trash bin of history, right next to the bull whips and the legal noose.
Hey if you were the Epilepsy Foundation and you were taking in all those millions of dollars that the people who had a seizure give you, wouldn't you take all the money and buy an infomercial to be broadcast nationwide tonight at 8 o'clock so that by tomorrow morning you'd be halfway home? I would too. Why do you think the Epilepsy Foundation never thought about it in EIGHTY YEARS???

Dear Epilepsy Foundation Governmental Leader, please advise as to how much longer you think that innocent sick people in the United States of America should have to live in fear of the people who were supposed to be trying to help them. Do you think we should wait another 82 years? Please hurry with your response, as my life is currently in mortal danger of being ended in the blink of an eye underneath a thousand pounds of ignorant paramedics for the safety of others.
