Advertisers and prospective candidates, beware of fraud, deceptive trade practices, eeoc violations, illegal treatment which are company standards

Advertisers beware, if a representative of this company approaches you regarding ad placement in any of these directories, ask them how long they have been with the company. Odds are it is less than 2 months as that's the typical employment life expectancy of reps for this company. Reps have no clue as to what they are selling as they have NO TRAINING in this company. Advertisers don't take my word; call the many advertisers who have gotten zero results due to either distribution or incorrect ads. Here are the lists of problems this company has that will affect your possible investment in this company.

1. Production (this is a joke) 80% of the ads have errors in them. Again, don't take our word, call and ask. You will not get a proof of your ad and if you do, they won't make any changes to it. Why pay for an ad that you do not approve? This is bad business and of no benefit to you.

2. Distribution (this is a bigger joke) has the biggest problems in this company. There is many pictures of SAUSA directories in trash bins, left in alleys or left in places where no Hispanic live. Their methods are questionable at best. One of the reasons this distribution is this worthless is the following. The VP of the company owns the distribution company. Imagine how quickly things get resolved or made gone away. We know of rumored kick backs amongst the CEO and the VP.

That's what you will experience if you decide to advertise with this company. Again, don't take our word, call and find out for yourself.

Now, prospective employees, here is the list of problems you must consider before applying with this company.

1. HR (this is the companies Achilles tendon) the director for this department is incapable of handling these departments' responsibilities. Payroll IS ALWAYS WRONG! This is written actual fact. This department is solely responsible for the loss of many good reps and the decrease of sales in many major markets. Not only are they always incorrect in commissions and salary, they are also belligerent and pompous. It will be nearly impossible to speak with them, and when you do, it will be more confusing than before. They have incorporated compensation programs that are "promising' and never deliver. Not to add fuel to the fire, but this company just had a HUGE reduction in force (operations) to the tune of 40 people. These were the same people who assisted with the commissions and the contracts. I really expect things to get worse in a hurry. This is the worse HR of any large company.

2. Upper Management (wow) Expectations are high and return is extremely low. Most of these so called upper managers have little or no experience in YP. They treat you with no respect and theirs zero backing from anyone in this category. They have zero sales ability and no vision for the future. Their is a reason this is the number one complaint in both rip off report and the local EEOC. Before you take any openings, spend a few hours with a manager or a rep and ask them of all the perks they get, or lack off. Managers to be, beware. A rep will make a lot more money (at the inflated quota) with a lot less responsibility than you will.

In closing, this company has the potential to be the best, however, with the current leadership, its going to be headed down the same road as other Hispanic yellow pages, BANKRUPT. You have been warned. Sausa
