Craigslist Potential high risk opportunity

This is the facts. Found a great deal on a 1 bedroom condo that was listed 50% below the market rate. Address would not pop up correctly in Craigslist. Not sure if picture is real. Here is the add:

"Fantastic 1 BR 1 BA condo for rent. Approx 1025 sq ft of living space. This is a must see at $350.00 per month."

There was notation that THIS property was 90 days or more behind. Payments of 350.00 to attain ownership.
We do not run credit, please show proof of income.

I called and they pushed to get me to sign up on a foreclosure list. Notified me of their company name which I googled them and got this site.
