BEWARE OF: Outlaw Enterprises, LLC (James Mann), International Credit Mercantile, Inc. (ICM-Steven Quinn), Ranger Field Services (James Mann) These guys are the prime example of "Texas Trailer Trash". They don't pay their vendors or employees but, have plenty of money to fly private jet air to Nascar Races and Vegas (multiple times). It's amazing how people can afford multi million dollar homes, high dollar sports cars, motorhomes, Texas made motorcycles and can't even pay for fuel to put in equipment working on their jobs. I guess their fancy lawyers will get 'em out of it since now they have filed chapter 11. They may be able to hide behind bankrupcy but not from the law (fraud, labor board and the IRS).
