I ordered the GT Xpress101 from an informercial that is seen daily on various channel's around the country. It's the small kitchen machine that takes only minutes to prepare different types of meals. You simply add the ingredients to the well's in the machine and shortly you have a meal. My complaint is not with the machine but with the tactics they use once they have your initial order.
When the machine arrives the order also includes several of "Kathy's" cook books. The next thing I see addressed to my e-mail is that a new order is on the way with another machine. I called them and was very clear that I did not order another machine as I already had the orignial two. They said they would cancel the order. Yesterday, I receive (3) of her booklets with more receipes and an invoice informing me they have charged my credit card for 14.90. Yes, they did. Buyer beware.
