I have been trying to reach this company with the 800 phone number they provided to cancel any automatic orders and request a refund of charges to my credit card. The number is constantly busy. The Frontier operator came on the line, and after checking, told me that the 800 number they provided on the internet (800-886-8805) is an invalid number. Dermitage refuses to accept cancellations by email and won't accept returns/refusals saying they need to assign a number for processing the return. I emailed them to cancel, and requested a valid telephone number to contact them. They have not responded to my emails. I have also attempted to find an 800 number through the 800 directory (800-555-1212) but there is no such listing. I am completely frustrated, and intend to file complaints with any agency that deals in what I consider a fraudulent scheme. The irony is, I like the product but do not want it thrust upon me at $89.00 /- per month. I would probably have continued to purchase this product at my own pace had I not felt I was being ripped off.
