I am so tired of dealing with Gexa. When I enrolled with them my rate was. 10 now it's 23.6 per kwh! I'm single and they won't work with you on payments ALWAYS turn them off even if you paid they say things like it should have been paid by 4:00. I think they are gauging Houston to pay for the rebuilding of another city. I'm switching as soon as I can. I asked them that but they deny it. Don't do business with them.
