Drive time is a bunch of a*es... I always payed my payments on time for about 6 months and was told in the office i could switch from bi weekly to monthly so i didnt pay on my usual bi weekly due date... 2 days after the due date i got a call from some very rude lady at the corporate office asking if i forgot that i owed them and demanding a date i could pay... I told her two weeks from now... She yelling i need an exact date... I told her im outside at work with no calendar in front of me whatever date is friday two weeks from today... She says fine call me back with an exact date (dumb * cant even look at a calendar and figure it out? /)
Any ways i payed and when i was at the store paying i went back into the office and talked to some guy again and told him about the lady... He told me ok this time ill amke a note in the system saying its ok to pay monthyl just next time you pay you will be charged an extra 30 dollars for wswitching... So next time i payed the normal bi weekly due date and payed the extra 30 the next month i started to go back to monthyl payments and yet again got a call them yellingat me with the same story... So i told them i wanted to switch and was told i havent made 3 consecutive payments... Excuse me... 6 months of always paying on time and you dont see 3 consecutove payments right... Whatver ill just pay bi weekly...
So its been like 3 more months been payin bi weekly everything fine... I recently lost my job and emailed them saying i lost my job so i will be a pyamnt behind but will make it up... They sent me an email back saying to call them and we can work something out... When i called they said it dont make sense why i cant pay and if i dont pay 600 right now they will take the car... I told them there is nothing i can do i can pay the 400 i owe and they told me then you will still be 400 behind... After i have already payed way over what the car is worth. Always pay on time except for when i was told i could pay monthly then told i coudnt... Im one week behind and they wanna take the car...
So i give up with them it will mess up my credit and ill be out alot of money but im sick of dealing with them saying one thing and not going through with it and not working with good costumers... So next week i give the car back... I just wondering... If anyone has experiecned this... Are they still gonna try and get the whole amount of the loan back... I will obviuolsy pay what i owe them with late fees but i dont want them to try and still charge me the rest of the loan when i wont have the car and i have been very agreeable with them
