NON-REFUNDABLE, UNAUTHORIZED additional charges for access to club Shawnee

I accessed the Grant Access Club website seeking information regarding the availability of grant funds for personal needs. There was every indication grant
monies for personal needs were readily available.

After reading the fine print, the information was mainly applicable to corporations, charitable entities, local government agencies through block grants.

This is all well and good, except I found $60.00 charged to my account. There was no indication any additional fees would be charged.

I called the customer service number and was told they would cancel my account but the fees were non-refundable.

Still unsatisfied, I called again and requested a copy of documentation for the charges drafted from my account.

This time, I was successful in obtaining a refund of 50%. While this experience still cost me $31.00, BUYER BEWARE and save yourself unexpected charges and related stress.
