I recently hired Pro Movers Corp through a mover broker, Nationwide Relocation. The brokers had horrible customer service and would not set up a delivery date with me. The drivers hardly spoke English. They had my mother sogn at form at pick-up that she was lead to believe was stating there was no pre-existing damage to my furniture.in fact, it was a form saying there was not damage to the furniture on delivery. When the furniture arrived it was extremely damaged. The backs of all the cabinets were busted in. My cherry wood dining table was dropped and a corner was crushed. There were scratches all over every item. I was not given the opportunity to list damages, just given the form that was signed on pick-up. I tried to get clarification from the movers about the form but they acted like they didn't understand. I filed a damage report with the broker. The movers wrote me a very brief letter with a phone number that just goes to a voice mail saying they would not pay damages since I signed therr weren't any. Beware! I have found out this company has many complaints. I never knew the movers name until after the fact believing that Nationwide was the mover. Be careful, I believe this is a scam they are all in on so they get paid without have any responsiblity to you.
