Our Company card has been charge Overlimit fee for $39 in November and December when we are not exceed our limit.
* First Call *
Sales rep explained when was exceed limit. Then we print out our daily balance of ADVANTA credit card usage from our Quickbooks data.
* Second Call *
Other Sales rep ignore about our fax proof and explained when was exceed limit that was different date then Sales Rep at First Call.
* Third Call *
They refuse to provide daily balance to explain when was exceed.
Then they charged another Over Limit Fee again!
Our APR it more then 33% for 5 years!
Hope US credit card law change ASAP to kick those credit card company out of business!!
