Claimed my $2.5 million has been confirmed? When did I enter the lottery?

I received a letter in the mail with an internal tracking barcode and an "official document" with my 2,500, 000. All I needed to do was send ONLY $20 for the report processing fee. If I truly won, why wouldn't they take $20 off the money I won? Why would anyone just give away 2.5 million dollars? If it sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true. Please don't be gullible and fall for stupid crap so companies can rip off innocent people and get their hopes up just to make us fall shorter than what we alreay are. The economy is bad enough. I wish someone would sue this company or something!
