David john decastro alias dave decastro, david decastro, david j decastro dob 1/25/1967. Has stolen our intellectual property, documents, and renderings after he was terminated from the sportsopolis project in september 18.
He illegally alterd said documents to fit his needs and copyrighted them on september 27.
He was told in writing by multiple attornies to cease and desist anything to do with sportsopolis "city of sports". Not to have contact with anyone related to this project. He has threatened me and my family i will not stand for this criminal behaviour any longer
He has blatantly ignored all legal correspondence now he will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If mr. Decastro has told you about this project or given you documentation claiming ownership please contact me immediately.
