After working with our company, David decided he no longer could get along with the owner and felt moving on was the best course of action. However, instead of just moving on like a professional David has now stolen 2 of my companies domain names as well as hijacking multiple email accounts and creating fraudulent email accounts under my name. I have tried to contact him and the original domain registars (filed complaints) with no avail. I was to content to just let it go and purchase a new domain because I did not want to deal with the hassle. However, David has now taken to write pages of slanderous material on the web pge that he has hijacked.
I am now no longer going to let this slide. I want to prosecute and sue him to the fullest extent of the law. Any help or info in getting what is rightfully mine back and bringing action against this person would be greatly appriciated.
