After numerous phone calls with no luck, I finally got through and they said that they would credit me my money that day (per Daniel, the manager and Lynne in accounting - not to mention I also spoke with Jake and Debbie) and it would post on my next statement, which would have been January's statement. Well, that was on Dec. 23rd and still NO CREDIT! They were blaming a distributor strike for not recieving any wine, which I purchased on Oct 4... And 4 months later STILL NOTHING! No credit! NO TRACE of any wine!
It's time for attorneys!!!
