Took money from checking

Take money out of your account even when you follow procedures to cancel. They tell you to send 1 video with a conf. Number but dont tell you that from a 2nd mailing you also have to this. I sent 3 videos back and they still took money out of my account after many attempts of calling was told money would be returned called in nov. 08 still havent received money
