The company sent me a cd for a grant program. It sated that I would be charged a one time fee of 1.98. Two weeks later my account was in the negative. I called the 800 number the bank gave me, they said they couldn't give me my money back because I didn't cancel within 7 days. No where did it state to cancel within 7 days, it stated that the cd was a 7 day trial.
