I tried to call H.O.M. E at 801-567-1700. The phone is answered "Corporate Office." I asked, corporate office for whom? The response was "for several companies".
When I told her I was calling H.O.M. E, I was told they went out of business in August and in October.in August they downsized by 50% and officially closed in October.
I questioned who I was paying the $39.95 hosting fee to each month and was told that HOME/MOTO bought that part of the business. Also told I did not need to be advised because it was on my credit card bill.indeed it is but I had not noticed this subtle change in the company name.
I requested cancellation of the hosting service for which I have paid a minimum of $399 over the past year.in order to cancel I must send a written request and the cancellation will cause the 50 websites purchased for $2995 from Usight/H.O.M. E to be lost to me forever.
In other words these companies have us coming and going. It is impossible to either run a business or get out of the business.
