Attempting to collect money for books I never ordered. Never Heard of BookPlanet. Another scam

I received a bill for $106.19 from a company called rjm acquisitions, claiming to have purchased my account from bookplanet book club.

I never had an account or subscription with bookplanet book club in the first place. I never heard of them. I know that this is a scam.
