I got my 500 voucher from Ashley Furniture in September and have been collecting receipts since October. I have tried to call their customer service number and the number is no longer connected and I have tried emailing them and have received no response. I have received emails every month stating that my receipts were received in good standing.
I have contacted Ashley Furniture and the manager is looking into the situation.
