Iagree to have $4.95 taken out of my accountand they also two dayes later tookout $79.95 without my agreement

The company took out money that I didn, t agree too I cofirmed $4.95, but two dayes later they took out of my account $79.95 without me knowing until I check my bank account. I havn, t recived any thing for this amount of money. I hope you can stop this. Thank-you
