I have been bounced back and forth with ASC trying to get a mortgage modification on my loan only to be told 10 days before they will take action on my home that I am not qualified for a mortgage modification. Had someone competent answer the phone back in December, I would have never waited all of this time to either put my house on the market or find some other way to save my home. My true feelings the first week of January was that they were stalling and trying to push me out only to be able to take my house.
By the way, ASC is a subsidiary of Wells Fargo, did anyone hear about Wells Fargo taking their employees on a trip to Vegas this year? Good one.
