Rush Card Prepaid Services
This companie is debiting money off my prepaid card saying I've lost or card has been st

Emoving money off of my prepaid debit card that i have not authorized i can not get thru on a regular and when you do it's always someone that barely speaks english

When i ask to speak with a supervisor about my funds i'm placed on hold with a rep coming back to the line saying they are still waiting on a supervisor then all of a sudden i'm disconnected after holding for 20-30minutes

I'm being told that they do not have a corporate office that i can be given a number to the charges that are on my card are pending but i'm being told i can't dispute or file a claim untill my money is taken

I feel like it has to be an inside job where they have messed up or maybe even have a duplicate card my card has not been lost or stolen and i have never been to las vegas to no hotel or any restaurants

I live in indianapolis indiana if im saying these charges are unauthorized why would this company take my money anyway without at least looking into this
this was my last my carpayment and i have 0dollars thanks to rush card
