Mosaic discriminates based on age, race, gender and marital status. It doesn't matter if you are well qualified because Mosaic discriminates. If you don't physically conform to Mosaic's "standard" they will not care what benfit you have to bring to their table, they're preference is to find a find a way to disqualify you for employment. If you are considering employment with Mosaic of Northern Colorado, it'd be in your best interest to reconsider and look elsewhere in Northern Colorado at the many other viable and objective non-profit agencies in the area.
