I was very upset when I checked my bank account and noticed a -326.00 $ balance, I'm a single mother and a fulltime student, I was going to buy dinner for the night and something told me to check my account and that's when I seen a charge from googletree, I never knew they were going to charge my account for over 70 dollars, i only had 80 dollars when I sighned up, when I tryed to get online to access my free trial I had no luck and forgot about it.
I called my bank right away to get this matter handled and googletree claimed that I had gave permission for this to take place in whick I didnt so now my bank is not removing the charges, I have to pay over three hundread dollars that I dont have and on top of that I have not received any thing from googletree!!
