I applied for a silver membership in January. I sent my money via cashiers check.
I did not receive my membership ID and sent an email to them requesting they look into it. They first blamed it on the postal service. I was told to file a claim from the cashiers check company.
I replied to them that I had lost the payment stub. I sent another cashiers check February 28. I made sure I saved this stub. I waited until March 10 to contact them to see why I had not recieved my membership.
I have not had a response back from them. I have left them several detailed emails. My temporary login name has been suspended.
Please help.
