Company charged me $88.97 for item that had been discontinued, well within 20 day time limit

I am not the only one that is very mad at this company for charging us $88.97 for an item that has already been cancelled. They are quick-timeing us and charging before the time limit is up. My case, billed on 8th, canceled on 14th, 27,28, 29,30, and 31. Billed again on 27 for $88.97. Nowhere in this date-time am I over the 20 day limit.
