Tried to get a $21.00 procesing fee

Brent T. North signs this letter as being the CEO - says I've won some money but have to send a procesing fee of $21.00 and if I want security delivery to add $5.00.

I just noticed at the top left of the "Official Notice" there is a different address as being 8414 W. Farm Rd Ste. 3180 also in Las Vegas, zip 89131

He must be kin to Bernie Madoff
