After repeated promises/lies to credit my charge account with the money taken, and it never happened, I finally wrote a detailed letter to both Oprah and to Rachel Ray show. I odered only because I thought Oprah and Rachel Ray endorsed it and I trust them. Their endorsement is a lie.
Per a local TV station in Atlanta, I have filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission... Www.ftc. Gov. Perhaps this will keep someone else from being scamed.
