Company fails to return phone calls and respond to emails

I have been calling and emailing this company concerning their failure to refund me for a returned item as well as the cost of shipping. They have not returned my phone calls or have not responded to my emails for about a month and a half. They have no customer service whatsoever. Please do not purchase from this company for they are untrustworthy and fail to abide by their own refund and exchange policies.
