CIC Credit Report
I am filing a report due to fraudulent activity in which i did a free credit check on the internet, but i was charged

I did a free credit check over the internet. To my understanding, it was free, but when i went to withdraw $20 from the ATM out of my bank account, i was denied. I immediately called my bank to find out why i had insufficient funds, and the bank told me i was charged by CIC Credit Report.
