Rip-off, Charge Your Account without asking, and with the paypal box far down on the screen hidden charge your account

This company is a rip-off. They might be under new management because I had used them for years for free and paid. Recently, there was no way to get ahold of them. Now they actually have a customer service email and a phone number. However these do no good because they refuse to reimburse a charge not wanted by the customer.

Let me say this now. Just a glance showed me at least two other people have reported them here. They should really go out of business, or radically change the way they deal with customers. First I worked through paypal, where bluemountain took the money out of my account. The paypal button was further down than the bottom of the screen so I thought I had not checked any button, even when i went back to look. The auto-charging may work for a certain percentage of clientele but for those of us who want our money back, who had no intent of auto-charging for a year, they should refund the money immediately. Even paypal was playing games, saying they couldn't refund it because it wasn't charged yet, etc. Paypal must have so many complaints that they won't look into it, for reasons I haven't yet figured out, except for the hassle.

Anyway, no matter how cute their cards, I've not found another company that won't refund your unwanted charge, when you've used *no products*. To me they are engaging in out and out *theft* of our funds. I join *other complainers* against this unethical company who are bilking perhaps thousands out of their money to bill an unrequested or unknown charge. Whatever defense they may mount is either lies or distortion. The fact is they owe us this money and should refund it immediately. To use the free service or to use the paid service for a year at a time does not imply continuous need or want of a service.
