I, too got billed for more than I thought - plus wasn't happy with the service - and I sent several emails requesting a refund. Then it dawned on me that since I paid thru PayPal (one of Reunion.com's options), I could get PayPal to reverse the charge. Lo and behold, at least a couple of weeks after PayPal reversed the charge I got an email from Reunion.com saying that my refund had been handled. No sh! T. Had I not gone thru PayPal I'd STILL be waiting to hear from those idiots!
