MasterCard Incorporated may seem intimitating. I mean, it is a pretty important company that deals with A LOT of money. And in this economy, that is extremely important. However, their customer service quality is even more important. I usually wouldn't come to one of these kinds of sites, but I think that their customer service was worth it. First, they immediately detected a fraud in my credit card account. But that wasn't the beginnning. I recently called them with a credit card complication. Not only did they fix the problem, but they provided me with lots of information that I would have otherwise not known. The person on the phone with me was extremely kind and patient. She took her time to monitor my account only, and even called me back ten minutes later to see if I still had any problems. She was always glad to answer my questions and listen to my problems. Way to go MasterCard!
