ICE are great con artists! They try to disguise contracts as applications! Then when you question it, they say the "application" that you filled out it actually a contract, even though there is no such wording on the paperwork anywhere! Then when they were questioned about it, they said all the legal information was contained on a 4th page, which was never given out to anyone! Then when you try to get to the bottom of it, it turns out a majority of there employees are sub-contracted so they can try and divert the legalities away from them!
