I recieved a phone call from one of my nieghbors yesterday telling me that a collection agency was looking for me to collect a debt. They left a refence number for her to give me. When asked how thay got her phone number the response was "the white pages" They had called and left a message, the neighboe called back and that is when she was given my personal information from the collection agency and they were attempting to collect a debt from me. I feel crappy enough that I am unable to make my payments now my entire neighborhood knows! I just wonder how many other people in my neighborhood she called. This is the first time I had hear from them.
When I got home that afternoon, I had a message on my machine from them, my neighbor and my parents (I am a legal adult) all reguarding this. Why couldn't they wait 24 hours for someone to return a call? HOW RUDE and embarassing!!!
