I was going through my bank statements and noticed several unauthorized debit charges to my account. I back through all of the previous bank statements to find where the charge began. I called the bank and they helped me phone numbers for all the other charges except ivory white. No number could be located so i searched online ad found it.
I began calling all the other businesses that i had unauthorized charges with and they were understanding. They refunded the charges to my bank account. Ivory white was the only one who had no sympathy. I was told there was nothing they could do and as far as they were concerned it was a legitimate charge. I explained to them that i had to cancel my debit card because of all the unauthorized charges. Still no sympathy.
I informed them that i would be filing a report of disputed charges with my bank to be reimbersed and was told by a representitive that my account would be noted.
