I responded to an ad on Craigslist for a custom er service position selling magazines business to business. The ad said $9.00 an hour. When you get their the owner Jeff tells you it is $7.50 an hour plus bonuses. Whatever, you only recieve $1.00 bonus for each person you shove these down their throats while Jeff is making over $700 per person. Right there told me something.
You ask the person (whoever answers the phone) at the business 3 quick questions and when they answer them you tell them great they will recieve and you name a few magazines. You tell them pretty much they are paying $2.76 a week to help get them to you. Then you have supervisors that go thru real quick 2.76 a week so that would be 11.96 a month but insteads ofpaying 11.96 a month for the full 60 months we ask that you double that and pay just $29.90 for the first 24 and the next 36 months are free you see how that works. They say yeah and it goes right over to the verification. Most of them pick it up at that point and kill the deal but so many don't catch it because they are to busy.
After hearing all that I resigned and believe it or not I did get paid from the scam artist with 4 offices. So sorry for all of you that got suckered. My mom wanted to buy some from me until I told her the price and she choked and I said what she said she pays $12.95 a year per subscription. Thanks for opening my eyes MoM!!!
