Mounted in new house with negotiation on 8/18/06

- 2.5 years later the fan motr is useless.

- repair person stated that he simply changed same within our new improvement a week ago

- is likely to be out $235 for work

- may' look for a primary contact for Ruud - their web site is proficient at covering.

- contractor isn't standing behind item possibly (view more grievances about David Cutler Team)

- Ruudis web site claims that their item is anything to depend on.

- today would be the next evening without any warmth - is likely to be within the 20is
